The profound significance of an organization

Anything that survives, reflects the Godliness in organization. A highly structured organism, surviving for whatever purpose, signifies the orderliness, whose maximum quality is God. An insect moving around and doing whatever it does, portrays the hidden power of organization.

The minutest components in the structure of an insect are as significant as enabling that insect to employ the activities for which it was created. When identified with what it was created to be, the insect performs only those activities that qualify it to be an insect. Humans can discern how an insect behaves, through human ability to observe analytically.

Some of the living organisms cannot be observed through the naked eyes, due to their biological negligibility. But that does not take away the fact that such creatures represent a highly organized Godly entity. Although possessing superior minds, humans have no control over the behavior of those negligible insects.

They can engage in exterminating or manipulating the multiplication of those insects—but without control over the cause of their existence. With different components performing diverse functions in activities of an insect, there is complementation, in balancing the reality of the entire creation.

Like any other creature, insects are genetically identified by their respective peculiarities. As observers, humans may not even know all the details about the structural components that complement the existence of insects. Except knowing those behaviors that are characteristic of their respective genetic existence.

Interestingly, humans were inherently created with diverse individual peculiarities. Humans are the only species whose genetic pattern reflects a special origin. Though created in God’s image, humans are not genetically identical. In other words, if our ancestors survived on hunting and dwelling in caves, humans do not necessarily have to remain in that condition.

This is, obviously, different from the other created species.  A cow that survived in medieval times, is similar to the one surviving today. Nevertheless, all confusion with humans emanates from inability to understand what an organization represents. The longevity of any structural organization is determined by the quality of its pre-delineated design.

The structure of an insect is supported by each component being supportive of the other components. When one of those components is dysfunctional, the insect might not be able to move as freely as it was designed to move.

An insect becomes vulnerable, when unable to reach its maximum level of functionality. The survival of any creature was designed according to the requirements in balancing the Eco-system, as supremely designed. But, any survival gets affected when disorganization is brought to the fray.

This rule is similarly applicable to any other created species. It is a law that determines, even the survival and workability of anything, including what was invented by man. A computer works properly, only as long as all its components are functioning optimally. One dysfunctional component causes the whole gadget to no longer be usable for the intended purpose.

The existence of various corporate organizations in this world, has value determined by the quality of each respective organizational structure. Putting human bodies in positions of authority, without examining their capabilities, is unworkable. Those bodies must complement functions, as designed for those in such authoritative positions.

All dysfunctional organizations are a result of putting wrong people in right positions. Or putting right people in wrong positions. Such behavior determines what is called confusion—as violating the laws of nature. To avoid such confusion in His Church, God reserves the sole right of appointing people in positions of authority, to Himself (Matthew 20:23).

Anything sustained in confusion cannot be expected to last long. This is why even a computer cannot function, when not structurally intact. Nevertheless, we have people specialized in fixing such broken gadgets. Their usefulness is determined by the need to repair those broken gadgets.

Under normal circumstances, each human holds the innate, but special capabilities. Unfortunately, most humans are not familiar with their inborn capabilities. They wrongly assume having been created without anything valuable. But each human was created in God’s image.

Just as in the case of animal species, humans were created with everything that qualifies them individually. As humans, we look alike, biologically. But in our nature of having been created in God’s image, we are as different as the other species are biologically different—one against the other.

This is the only clear distinction that characterizes human suffering in this world. It is composite of disorganized patterns whose outcome is unpredictable. Just as the destination of an insanely driven automobile is unpredictable. The biggest curse over humanity and other species in this world, lies in humans not knowing the purpose of their existence and survival.

The principle held in the power of scientific organizations reveal it all. When disturbed—even a highly organized pattern is susceptible to dysfunction. A wise person seeks to address the cause of dysfunction. Rather than pretend that everything will be alright—without anyone doing anything about it.

God never created dysfunctional humans. Each and every human being, in whatever condition of incapacitation, was created with special talent to benefit other fellow humans. The existent confusion implies that even those in apparent positions of authority, might be wrongly holding those positions.

A system that categorizes people according to class, race, color, gender, or creed, negatively affects humans. This kind of categorization is worse than the system of apartheid in South Africa. But, the general public naively, approves of it—without awareness of its venom.

People celebrate graduates at any university, for having become better than others. This is different from celebrating those having attained the ability to serve other fellow humans—using the attained skills. Instead of encouraging the seemingly slothful ones to become aware of their hidden talents and capabilities, such slothful people are degraded.

The parents are the guiltiest, in promoting the degradation of persons created in God’s image. Out of jealous, the parents desire that their children should achieve whatever is considered as competitive in society. It is those, seemingly, deranged parents who invalidate their own children, for not producing acceptable results, when compared with others.

In our society, we have a system that encourages people to work hard—so as to attain enviable positions of authority. People should encourage such people to discover their inherent abilities to serve humanity. The parents feel good, only when their children hold enviable positions of authority.

Let us now consider the workability of a highly structured human body. The hand does not choose to be a hand. The eye does not choose to be an eye. This is equally the same for any other body limb. Each of those limbs gets occupied with divinely crafted functions, as allegoric of God’s Church:

“For the body does not consist of one member but of many. If the foot should say ‘Because I am not a hand, I do not belong to the body,’ that would not make it any less a part of the body. And if the ear should say, ‘Because I am not an eye, I do not belong to the body,’ that would not make it any less a part of the body. If the whole body were an eye, where would be the sense of hearing? If the whole body were an ear, where would be the sense of smell” (1 Corinthians 12:14-17) (ESV).

Paul uses the body, figuratively, to define the essence of an organization. Bearing in mind that the Church is an organization that represents a miniature of God’s Kingdom. God did not create dysfunctional humans, in His own image. Even the crippled individuals, can still perform their special abilities, as long as identifying with what they were created to be.

Having been created in God’s image, humans cannot be limited by anything of physical nature. The supremacy of their capabilities cannot be limited by those sitting in the comfort of invalidating other people. Yet, with the existence of the current confusion, humans fumble in failures and incapacitation.

People should not construe human failure as God’s failure on principles of an organization. Christians are well-informed of the fact that humanity lost the mettle at the Garden of Eden. At the Garden of Eden, humans lost the privilege of being organized as much as God is organized.

Since then, humanity has been fumbling in confusion, without any other hope, until Jesus came, specifically, to redeem humanity. All problems of humanity are a result of disorientation from an orderly organization. Confusion—being the opposite of order—reigns supreme, in the current perilous challenges of the world. The only hope remains in Jesus.

What follows is what it takes to revive a dysfunctional organization, as represented in humanity—as originally intended by God. The current condition of humanity is not what was designed by the Supreme Designer. Yet God allowed it—for the purposes of character development.

The order that exists, even in the minutest description of any living organism, gives us a clue that God does not make mistakes. The precision, with which God designs and creates, cannot be fathomable to fallible humans. Therefore, the truth that God created humans in His own image should not be taken casually.

Humans, are a product of the highest quality in supremacy. The degradation with which we bestow on each other, is not from God. There is, virtually, no room to consider other humans as inferior, or more superior than others. This is just as the apostle Paul aptly puts it—when describing what should sustain a Church organization.

The oneness that is validated in marital prescription is what delineates humanity (Genesis 2:24). This comprises a structure that is singular, though considered in plural form. This idea of separating oneself from others, is not from God. It underlines the existent confusion, which describes the disintegration of what was created in God’s image.

“Hear, O Israel: The Lord our God is one. You shall love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all you soul and with all your might. And these words that I command you today shall be on your heart. You shall teach them diligently to your children, and shall talk of them when you sit in your house, and when you walk by the way and when you lie down and when you rise. You shall bind them as a sign on your hand, and they shall be as frontlets between your eyes. You shall write them on the doorposts of your house and on your gates” (Deuteronomy 6:4-9) (ESV).

The oneness of God as described by Moses on the above passage of Scripture, is profound. It cannot be understood by casual readers, though not complicated. This is, when considering the idea, constituted in the principle of an organization—whose description is oneness. Just as a human body is described in singular form. See [The significance of oneness, as opposed to Trinity].

“If anyone says, ‘I love God,’ and hates his brother, he is a liar; for he who does not love his brother whom he has seen cannot love God whom he has not seen. And this commandment we have from him: whoever loves God must also love his brother” (1 John 4:20-21) (ESV).

The key scripture that unlocks everything is Genesis 1:26-27. If created in God’s image, how can it be possible to separate humans from God? Judging fellow humans in their current condition of decadence is not only inhuman, but also preposterous. People fall into this problem, unaware of the fact that the image of God is spiritual and not physical.

Criticizing another person would be like an eye criticizing a deaf ear. Or the agile foot, criticizing a blind eye. Instead of criticizing, a foot finds ways to cover up for the condition of blindness, as not separating itself from the effects of blindness. The visual eye seeks to assist in carrying the burden of covering up for the deafness.

We have seen such miracles where crippled individuals use their feet to do the work meant to be performed using hands, like cooking. I suppose God intended that such crippled people should teach us lessons of bearing one another’s burdens?

Any human being is not separate from his brother. As humans we are supposed to be one, just as God is one. Therefore, being at an advantage, whether knowledge-wise, or whatever skill, cannot be taken as an advantage over other people.

All this teaches us that it is impossible to separate humans from God, who remains as one—as declared to the Israelites. If it is impossible to separate Jesus from God, it ought to be impossible to separate humans from God. This is what an organization translates into. Humans are God’s children.
