Marital love is spiritual

Being born in this world should be regarded as opportunistic. Existence in this life grants one an opportunity to access necessary experiences, enabling the choice between life and death. Correct choices lead to survival, while wrong choices lead to perishing. Education should, therefore, be regarded as vital, in one’s lifetime. However, in our current environment, knowledge, itself; is often wrongly defined. This is often caused by an inadequate acquaintance with oneself. One cannot be what he was not created to be. Nevertheless, the current education is driven by attractive considerations, rather than naturally inborn qualities.

Jesus, the only expositor of pristine information about life, needs to be taken seriously. Information about life, as opposed to human misery, since the time of Adam, was first offered to Jesus’ disciples. Those disciples comprised the foundation of a new civilization. They were expected to be exemplary in their conduct, among their fellow humans. Everything starts at the beginning. There is a specific mark, defining the new beginning, for any person, desiring to start anew, in life. All humans, born into this evil world, carry an evil attribute. The accessibility of a new beginning in life was initially prescribed to the twelve disciples.

Matthew 16: 13. When Jesus came into the coasts of Caesarea Philippi, he asked his disciples, saying, who do men say that I the Son of man am? 14. And they said, some say that thou art John the Baptist: some, Elias; and others, Jeremiah, or one of the prophets. 15. He saith unto them, But who say ye that I am? 16. And Simon Peter answered and said, Thou art the Christ, the Son of the living God. 17. And Jesus answered and said unto him, Blessed art thou, Simon Barjona: for flesh and blood hath not revealed it unto thee, but my Father which is in heaven. 18. And I say also unto thee, that thou art Peter, and upon this rock I will build my church; and the gates of hell shall not prevail against it. 19. And I will give unto thee the keys of the kingdom of heaven: and whatsoever thou shalt bind on earth shall be bound in heaven: and whatsoever thou shalt loose on earth shall be loosed in heaven. 20. Then he charged his disciple that they should tell no man that he was Jesus the Christ. – Bible Offline.

Based on Peter’s understanding that Jesus was Christ, Son of the living God, the foundation of God’s Church was initiated. Up to that time, it had been considered blasphemous to declare being God’s child. This was, actually, the prime reason for which Jesus was crucified. But the discovery of this data is what comprised the foundation of God’s Church, as clearly articulated in the above Scripture.

From that knowledge, can be deduced the most fundamental information, enabling discovering one’s own identity. Therefore, the true Church of God comprises those aware of being God’s children. Jesus instructed those people to no longer call anyone on earth their Father, for they had only one Father in Heaven (Matthew 23:9). That knowledge also grants some opportunity for a teenager to then select the right partner for marriage.

The only reason for marriages to be commonly found in sixes and sevens is because of lacking this most vital information. Most of those engaging in marriages are often attracted by other things, without spiritual consideration. One marries a woman, based on her physical appearance, only. That marriage could also be assumed as sustained by monetary stability, academic levels, or any other material consideration. This is different from a marriage that is spiritually sustained.

Marriage counsellors have been known to hit or miss on this principle.  Nevertheless, it is impossible for any marriage, premised on materialism to last perpetually. Wealth has its limitations, just as physical structures are seasonal. Any person engaging in marriage, led by some material attractions would have married for the wrong reasons. The couple would be in marriage but being as different as physical objects are different.

The missing dimension in most marriages has always been the spiritual consideration. This does not necessarily mean one has to belong to a particular church denomination, to access spiritual identity. All humans are spiritual but unaware of their spiritual reflection. The wild mourning observed at funeral gatherings manifests ignorance of people’s spiritual identity. At the point of discovering one’s identity, one becomes aware of the reason for his/her existence. It is impossible for a couple that is aware of individual spiritual existence, to ever contemplate divorce.

The discord resulting from marital incompatibility can be resolved through communication, by the spiritual people. The level of communication with spiritual people is superb and capable of handling all misunderstandings. The next step, after discovering one’s spiritual identity is education. Proper education, itself, enhances the awareness of being spiritual.

Education alone, for the sake of education, without spiritual consideration, is a waste of time and resources. One can be trained to be a doctor, and yet not have been born to be a doctor, and therefore, become a cropper in that profession. This is similar to the discord experienced after one engages in marriage for the wrong reasons. One engaging in a profession, attracted by monetary gains only, or by other considerations, becomes a failure in that profession.

Each person was created to be what others were not, in this world. Even those appropriately engaged in similar professions are as different as their fingerprints are different. Each person observed in this world was created to be what others would be not.  This is one of the truisms that remain unknown to most people. The fact that something truthful is unknown, does not, necessarily, make it untrue. The truth remains true, whether anyone believes it or not. Those who rejected the truthful information from Jesus could not cause the disappearance of truth exuded by Jesus. Truthful information remains truthful, throughout the ages, whether the majority of people in this world agree to it or not.

Education is proper only when adding value, as enabling others to also enhance their respective spiritual identities. A person created to be a singer cannot be successfully trained to be a footballer, or vice versa. This does not even take into consideration the amount of time and resources invested in training such a person. For instance, successful doctors are those spiritually aware of their being born to be medical doctors. This is different from those in the medical profession, driven by financial gains or fame, for instance. The physical and spiritual attractions cannot be interlinked.

However, marriage institutions have caused more problems for humanity than engaging in the wrong professions. This confirms the tragic aspect of combining two incompatible personalities in a marriage. Engaging in misrelated professions is also calamitous, but carries no relational problems, which invite complicated legal problems. Good doctors who are spiritually committed are commonly identifiable by their good reputation. A person would simply be a failure in the field of his profession but without attracting complicated relational problems. This is what makes marriage institutions special, in terms of causing relational devastations.

Unknown to most people is that marriage subscribes to the principle of oneness. The blame for any failed marriage cannot be apportioned to one individual where the couple is involved in matrimony. A typical example is that of a recent high-profile divorce case, involving Bona Mugabe, the daughter of the late former President of Zimbabwe, Robert Mugabe. Bona has hordes of sympathizers, just as her estranged husband has hordes of sympathizers. After the public disgrace, exposing her to the public wrath, Bona may now be cursing herself for having initiated that divorce, in the first place.

This is a result of ignorance of marital love being spiritual. Their marriage may have attracted envy from most young people. Who would not have desired to marry the daughter of the first President of Zimbabwe? But, as things stand, who admires the public disgrace being experienced by that couple?  Our national problems are also a result of failed marriages. The humiliation that currently overwhelms that couple should not be separated from the current shame, being experienced by our nation.

Education is good, only when it encompasses the spiritual aspect of the individual concerned. The subject of humanity fails dismally, as long as it disregards the aspect of spirituality. The appearance of any individual does not prescribe his true identity. If Jesus was misrepresented in terms of His spiritual identity, what more, those whose background might be more degraded? The graveyards are full of corpses of people who would have been born to make a huge difference, in our divorce-bespattered world. But, alas! Those people were despised, downtrodden or even left to degenerate in gutters. The single most destructive data that was ever advanced in this world is categorizing humans according to class, or nationalities.

This contradicts the factual reality that all humans were created in God’s image. Can God be categorized? The answer is a resounding NO! How then did human categorization come into effect?  This reveals the only reason for which Jesus came to die for humanity. There can be no disputation in that knowledge grants power. But it is the same knowledge that caused Jesus’ condemnation. Yet that same knowledge also assured the resurrection of Jesus from the tomb. What a paradox!

There is a strong possibility that spiritual couples can rear spiritual children. That possibility alone; carries the only hope of the conception of an unpolluted civilization. From this can be deduced the fact that the current shambolic environment is a product of discordant marital unions emanating from unprincipled marriages. The invitation is for those reading this, to disseminate progressive information as widely as possible. Otherwise, this world remains accursed. Any person could make a difference, just by his/her willingness to disseminate progressive information.

Holding one’s hands above one’s head, in despair, does not help, in any way, for the purpose of transforming this world for the better. Prayers alone, while commendable for raising one’s spiritual awareness, cannot do much to change bad conditions for the better. It is a question of what one does with progressive information, in addition to discovering the purpose for which the person exists. The source of information does not matter. There is no need to clamour for recognition in a world trapped in sinfulness.

Each of us existing today carries respective responsibilities to disseminate what is discovered to be good. It is the responsibility of the fair-minded people to disseminate progressive information. This is just as it is the responsibility of wicked-minded people to disseminate destructive information. The good news is that it is always destructive information that disappears fast, in the presence of progressive information.

Darkness disappears in the presence of illuminative lighting. It has always been by choice that those with the light carelessly decide to succumb. Jesus made this remark, which ought to be regarded as condemnatory to those avoiding shading light in a darkened environment.

“Ye are the salt of the earth: but if the salt has lost his savour, wherewith shall it be salted? it is thenceforth good for nothing, but to be cast out, and to be trodden under foot of men.  Ye are the light of the world. A city that is set on a hill cannot be hidden. Neither do men light a candle and put it under a bushel, but on a candlestick; so that it giveth light unto all that are in the house” (Matthew 5:13-15 KJV).

Those having not heard of the progressive information cannot be in the category of those said to be good for nothing. It is those who ignore passing on progressive information that should be considered endangered when categorized as good for nothing. We have to explore possible reasons for not passing progressive information when accessed by those passive individuals.

The first reason is mere cowardice. There is an envisaged possible backlash on anyone advancing information that is not approved by those assumed to be in authority. This comes from not knowing that all progressive information comes directly from Jesus Christ. A person can claim to be Christian, but be unaware of the responsibility that goes with being a Christian.

Progressive information does not consider authoritarian conditions. This is why experts in currently highly effective Information Technology are generally not from the academic authorities of this world. Throughout the ages, progressive information, whether Christian or not, has always encountered stiff resistance from those said to be in authority. Christianity holds one authority, stemming directly from Jesus Christ. A true Christian can discern what comes directly from Jesus as opposed to what comes from manipulated information by authoritarians.

In an environment that holds the idea of authoritarianism, information is assumed to come from authorities. However, this is the only reason why Jesus, while displaying unprecedented articulation of progressive information, was killed. The Pharisaic authorities felt threatened. They were engulfed in fear of losing grip on the Jewish religion. But they were also gripped in fear of being held responsible for provoking political authorities.

The second reason is pride. Truth exposes one to becoming degraded when having been regarded highly by others. This comes from the fallacy that other people ought to be regarded as more important than others. This, certainly, does not affect those aware that all humans were created in God’s image. Not a single one of them can be said to be more important or less important than others. Of course, Jesus was superior to all of us. But how can one infer to Jesus as having been superior, without considering the foulest, if not the most degrading cross experience?

The third reason is carelessness or laziness. This world carries extremely lazy people. Having been granted the opportunity to access information, unavailable to others, does not spur a lazy person to act responsibly. Lazy people can talk about wrong things in the environment, but choose to do nothing, even when provided with answers. They would still assume others would do something about it. Gripped by laziness, some people perish in poverty while blaming others for not giving them something to eat.

The three vices, mentioned above, are a result of poor marriages, which produce uncultured children. The proper definition of marriage would have granted each person, born in this world, to appreciate his/her responsibility in creating a livable environment. The subject of humanity is lost, due to the neglect of acquiring knowledge that enables discovering one’s spiritual identity. God never created anyone in His image, yet displaying the opposite of God’s image.
